I can't find the link to update my diary. How do I get back to it to put more entries in?? I know that it's probably right in front of my eyes.

Your gardens are simply stunning! Thank you for sharing the photographs.

Tell me ... where did you get the structures in your iris garden? They're among the nicest i've seen. Look sturdy, and don't compete with the plants esthetically. Also, did you just poke them into the ground, or anchor them in some way (i.e., cement)?

I stuck them in the ground during the rainy season. Only one has tilted and that has a big Iceberg rose on it.

You can get them a Jackson Perkins. The top is wood and doesn't stay painted even one season but they are really reasonable. I use them for the dahlias that are behind the iris.

I have two that I can send you for postage. I don't know what sizes they are but can check. They are still in the packages.

Thanks for taking a walk through my garden. I do love people to see it.

Thank you, Doss! I'll check Jackson Perkins' on-line catalog. As for the generous offer of dahlias, i'm still in the tree and shrub phase of my landscaping, and don't really have a vision yet for the florals. Thank you for the offer though!

As for "taking a walk" through your garden, it must be even more sublime in person. I'll bet it just smells wonderful and fresh. Even just healthy dirt smells so good ...

Right now the air is perfumed with bearded iris. It would be fun to have tea in the gazebo, it's so warm right now.

Ah, what a wonderful meditation that would be! I'll bring the biscotti ... :)
