My Italian --flat leaf-- Parsley was beat down by a rain storm and many stems are laying on the ground. They are not real thick plants yet, but have a few new leaves/stems coming up from the center with 5 to 10 tall stems (most cannot seem to stand back up). Would it be OK to cut off some of the tall drooping stems; would this help them grow thicker?
