I have a couple of peonies which are now two years old. one of them which I beleive is a silver dawn (?) has bloomed this year , but the blooms lasted only about one week. The other (name unknown) had only one bloom. Both of these are songsparrow peonies and I paid a pretty good price for them. Do some peonies have such a short bloom cycle? Can I expect that the one which had only one bloom will have more blooms next year ? Do single peonies have shorter bloom time. I appreciate your thoughts
