I have a perrenial garden that is about 10 x 30 feet, between the sidewalk and a fence. I was having trouble getting vertical plants in the garden, so I just bought 2 5' shepherds hooks and was planning to hang two colorful, full baskets to get the height that I want (and color, since it isn't very colorful in August). My question is: should I use 14 or 16" baskets. I don't know if there's that much of a difference, really, (except price!). What do you all think?
