Perennials: My first poppie this year

I've got my first Poppie this year in bloom. Can anybody tell me what type it is?

It looks like a Lady Bird (Papaver Commutatum). Im pretty sure this one is also an annual.

I've looked at my list of Poppyseeds and I think I've got it under the name "Marcus Perry". It's look a little bit like this flower, but Marcus Perry looks different (see the picture).

My poppy has black on the outsite of the flower and that is also with Lady bird.

Thank you...I will make the change on my list.
