Love the color. Is it a perennial or annual poppy, and where did you get it?

The poppy is a perennial and I purchased the poppy at a local greenhouse.

Gorgeous color. I like the look of the black centers on my oriental poppies when they first open, but a little rain and they drip black all over the flower like runny mascara. Maybe white centers like this one has would be better?
