Can anyone confirm that these are Iceland Poppies? This plant comes up every year, but never blooms. Soon, the leaves will die back and then next year it'll come up again. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Hi Flowers, this looks actually like Oxalis adenophylla, not a poppy, but very pretty! Perhaps it doesn't get enough sun to bloom ?
