Specifically, I'm wondering what to buy to cut the flowers with. I've seen people on TV use a knife and cut with one hand. I've seen different tools in my catalogs and I'm not sure what to buy. Do I use something that enable me to cut and grab the flower with one hand or is it better to buy a scissors type of tool that doesn't grab the stem, meaning that I have to use two hands. Any preferences? Thanks!!
