Since the bread machine rage ended, it seems like the thing has just taken up cabinet space and not really earned it's keep.

I found the greatest new use for mine. It makes great cookie dough !!!!!!
No more getting out a bowl, mixer, and making a mess. I just dump all ingredients into the bread machine, turn it on until it all turns to dough, and bake in the oven. Works great !

I use it to whip up dough for cakes and yeast rolls . Basically you can use it as a mixer without the bake function.

Whipped Cream ?????? Wow, that's cool. ! Do we need to chill the pan first ? I bet we could make homemade butter too. (right before we make some homemade bread to put it on, yum)

This just keeps getting better ! I bet there are a lot of uses for that old bread machine that we haven't thought of.

I love using mine for mixing. It has the no-stick pan that washes clean in a snap, and no mixer and beaters to get out and mess with.
