I planted this Japanese Maple a few months back and it seemed to be doing good. Then just the other day a few of the leaves started turning brown from the center out. It get's full-sun morning to mid-day, then filtered sun from the Eucalyptus above. The edges of the leaves don't seem scorched so I think it's tolerating the sun well.
It's in loam soil, pretty well amended, and stays moist with laser drip just around the top of the root ball. Watered 7min 2x a day, 3x week.
What do you think the issue could be? Too much or too little water? I haven't fertilized since planting, maybe that would help?
Thanks in advance!
