One package of tiny shell pasta (I usually don't use the entire pkg.)
Some mild cheddar cheese, cut into cubes
Some celery, cut up
Some dill pickles chopped (or dill relish from the jar...easier)
Some red or white onion, minced
1 can English peas (baby ones, if possible)
Some mayonnaise
Some salt and pepper
Mix all together and mix in mayo. Season to taste. Better served cold.
I just made it for DH and myself, so here's the pic! (EDited to say...sorry I didn't give that bowl the old "professional wipe around the rim"!! It would have looked so much better!!! :-) I know better now that I've watched lots of cooking shows on TV!!
