I've read not to use jars that things like spaghetti sauce have come in. I have some jars that are marked "Atlas Mason" that have Classico spaghetti sauce in them. Are these really jars I can use, or not? This is a new thing for me, so I'd like to do it right, but I'd also hate to waste jars I can use...
Thanks,
Margo
