Can anyone tell me if there are restrictions posting canna generalis seeds(very small amount not for commercial use)to south africa.Is an import and a phytosanitary certificate..necessary. I always declare what I am sending on env(customs declaration and recorded i.d) Have not had this trouble before when posting overseas..Thanks for any help.
