Rhododendrons and Relatives: Does anyone recognize this cultivar?

I've had this azalea tree for a number of years, and this past spring it must have decided to be happy in its home, as you could barely see the leaves for the blooms.

I'm hoping to find out which cultivar it is so I can add the name to my plant database.
