Hi PWYLL, dont really know your temp, but the box could just be suffering from the dry heat, also, how old is the box and when was it planted, box needs a rich well manured soil as it will be a plant that is in situ for a very long time, it is also constantly growing, even the dwarf box needs feeding, watering and a rich soil to stop the roots from dehydrating in the heat, so any extra info would be a help. box can also be attacted by various deseases so any info is a must to help you out.
