and that is if anyone has tried to freeze the whole pepper just the way it is without cooking it first. what i want to do is make my hot peppers sauce for my nephews when they come up in september. i was thinking of making thesauce and just refridg. it. thats when i though about freezing them. if i just leave them outy on the counter in a bowl what will happen by the time sept. rolls around?? hope someone can help me out here.
