This past weekend, a friend told us that when he was growing up, whenever his family's (store bought) milk soured, his mother would just boil it, and it would make the milk "good" again. …..Does that really work? (He wouldn't lie to me, I just wondered if anyone else has heard of this.) How long does the milk have to boil to kill the bacteria?
…..This is the first time I've heard about this.
