How do I do an edit across multiple items? For example, I have 19 Ixias in my journal and I want to change the start date of the entry on all of them. I'm sure I did a multiple edit once before, but I can't remember how I did it.
Also, Would it be possible to add earlier years to the dates? My plant catalogue goes back to 1971, and I'd like to put the original accession dates in as the start dates of the entries. Thankyou, Kaelkitty.
I think the only things you can do to more than one entry at a time is change the status or change the category--when you're viewing your list of plants, you can check off the checkbox next to the entries you want to do something with, then at the bottom there are buttons to change status or change category and I think it'll do it across all the plants you've checked. But I think for things like the dates you need to modify things individually. I'm not positive though, I've never tried to do that.
