Thanks so much Shirley,...I`m going to browse the site right now.

The people I have in the workshops have made like picture frames,..lazysusans,..tables,..pottery,...mailboxes,...benches,..they just want new ideas,...if they keep on going like this they will probably mosaic their husbands at home.

Hi there,

Beautiful bench, isn't grouting a pain? I love the designing part but don't like the messy grouting step. Here is a bird bath I've just completed and yes, I am making another, silly me.

Yeah...grouting is a pain,...love the birdbath,...I want to make a small one. But now I read about the tempered glass idea,...and I cant get it out of my head,...I already put my hands on some of that glass,...so soon I will be posting something made of that,..I hope : )

The birdbath I made up myself by pouring cement in a large plant pot saucer made of heavy plastic sprayed with Pam. When the cement had been poured, I placed a shallow round container on top and weighted it down. The pedestal was made by pouring cement in a plastic pedestal I bought at Zellers that belonged to a plant pot someone had bought already and did not receive the pedestal(they gave it to me cheap). Now tell me about tempered glass and what can you do with it? Is there a place where I can go and see some pictures and instructions? Thanks.
