Aloha all,

We had our first rain since February! You can hear the plants sighing with relief this morning. All the dust has been washed off and everything looks a vibrant green. It always amazes me how the weather on these islands can vary within a mile or two. Praying for more today, but the sky doesn't look hopeful...

Off to mop the floor before work, the one down side to having dogs with large feet and wet ground!

But I did take advantage of the dust not flying to clean my truck. You can now tell what color it is on the inside. lol

WOW...rain in Kihei...that is really something!!! And we get about 160" a year...if we are lucky. The first year really depressed me...it was mostly the mold on all the wood...but I have gotten over that...I 'dust' with vinegar!!!!
