Ghost plant. An old favorite of mine although I dont have one at the moment. My plant book calls it Graptopetalum paraguayense.

I have only once seen it growing in a natural habitat and that was in Ecuador.

Fancyvan, you've got me wondering now. The leaves on mine seem less thick and the stems thinner and less rigid, but that could just be because of the way it's been grown, or the age. Looking back at my pic, perhaps there are one or two rosettes that have that almost triangulated side to the leaf. Hmmmm...
