We are replacing our kitchen cabinet hardware. I found some chrome hinges @ ebay and they are described as 3/8 in. inset. where do I measure for that and/or do I go by the number of holes. I have 3 holes on the flat metal piece that screws into the back of the cabinet door. that metal piece measures 1 inch.
