What's up with this Key Lime Pie?

Check out the ring on this Key Lime Pie! Anyone else had this happen?

No, but I had something similar with Purple Petticoats...only the ring around the edge was coral colored. It wasn't on all the leaves, just some, and some leaves eventually turned entirely coral. So I've been wondering what was causing that at well. My rings started about six weeks ago, I'd say.

I was thinking that it would be cool if it was stable and not some kind of disease or pest. I got it from the same local source as most of my other heucheras so I hope it's not either problem.

Bev,
Check out this thread where we were talking of "ring of fire" on a few other tissue culture cultivars this year. I too am hoping its not some sort of virus. It does look cool, but then again so did Hosta Virus X when it was first discovered.
I'll be watching mine pretty close.

Ohhhh, don't even think it! I suppose I'll need to watch others near it and panic if it looks like it's spread. Fingers crossed. And thanks for the link...Now that you mention it, I do remember that one.
