I have just returned from Italy (where everything grows!).
I live in Israel, north of the Negev where the climate is hot and dry. (eq. to zone 10)
I would like a balcony like the in the picture attached, but not every plant resists the summer heat here. Which plants would make an effect like the one in the picture but would survive hot summers? The picture attached is a balcony in Italy (left side) and in the right side is my balcony in Israel.
Any suggestion is welcome!
