The new arbor/colonnade is being built to block the neighbors very bright and offensive porch light. Eight foot tall four by four posts on four foot centers with 4X8 beams along the top and stained glass 'infill" between the posts to obscure the porch light. Eventually the concrete walkway will be tiled with a mosaic. So much left to do, but at least this is a start. The glass panels will be about 4'X20" and in abstract patterns which will use up a bunch of my scrap glass. (I hope)

All soldered and fitted. Still need to take it down and putty it, but this is the first of five similar sized in-fills. Hope they block out the neighbors porch light.

That was from the front, this is from the back. Happily it used a lot of the larger pieces of scrap glass.

Great use of scrap glass and much better than the neighbors porch light!
