Ok so you have to have the lids hot and the jars in boiling water and the recipe you are doing hot. How and where do you do all of this on your stove?
Can I use the dishwasher to keep the jars hot? Also, if it takes about 10 to 15 minutes for my pressure canner to get up to pressure is that ok time wise?
I guess my question is how does everything stay hot and not cool?
