I have a tree in my front yard that is pretty old but I have never known the name of it. I like the tree and recently found a little tree the same kind growing in a pot with another plant real far from the original tree. I figured the squirrels must've planted the seed as they do that with my pecan tree. This tree is real pretty in the fall cuz the leaves, which are thin and kinda heart shape at least at the bottom tip, turn a salmon color then yellow and later in the winter they fall. Right now when they are turning salmon color they start dropping the seeds. Dark and round and they make a major mess with the shells. It grows somewhat crooked in places but I like the effect it gives the whole tree. I will take a pic of it and post it but was wondering if anyone had an idea at this point.
