I am going to build a coat rack around a mirror or something. My childhood home had a big beveled thick mirror that was framed by big boards with beautiful old brass coat hooks in the front entry. My parents always said the craftmanship of the place was not much but the quality of lumber etc. was prime. Originally a farm house that was not in the country by the time we moved in. So I am thinking of building such a coat rack myself for one of my kids. I am not sure if I am going to use mirror or some other product. I have seen those copper tiles/plates at HD and thinking that. Any of you creative minds want to advise? |
