    Very attractive collection of Agave photos and an informative article. I found it interesting even tho this is one succulent I avoid due to my thorn aversion. Thank you.

    Thank you, pb! That is fascinating! I love the perfect symmetry of some of the plants. My favorites were ones you indicated were high dollar. Wonder why that is...

    You can look up Succulents/cacti in the Garden watchdog... there are a LOT of Agave sources on line. I personally recommend Aridlands.

    I love them! What wonderful pics--some resemble giant "hens and chicks"! I have a small one who's pic I need to put on Plant ID. Thanks for the fascinating article.

    Geoff great article. I learned allot but more so about you. I didn't know you where a Veterinarian the plant collector I knew. lol
