A few months ago I ordered three peonies from The Peony Garden. I know they received my order and my check but I haven't seen any peonies yet. I live in zone 5b and we just had our second frost. If I get my peonies, will it be too late to plant them? Or is it normal to plant them this late in the year? Any advice for when I plant? If it's too late to plant them, how do I overwinter them to plant them in the spring? I'm really getting worried.
