| I actually prefer the "old-fashioned" method of tracing cute images with acid free ink pens onto scrapbook pages. I have 1 book that I love but could use others. Do you have a favorite? Ones that cover the gamut of holidays would be awesome. Or maybe one that has neat lettering? Mine doesn't have that.
I have a light box so doing these is easy, just in case someone should suggest I just enter this century and use clip art off the computer. LOL.
I suppose I'll look up Amazon to see what books they may have on it but just thought I'd ask. |

| Sometimes you can't find something as cool as what you see in a magazine, though! :) You could hunt down some carbon paper and put it beneath whatever you want to transfer to your page. Either that or make your own by blackening one side of a piece of paper with a soft-leaded pencil and use that. The latter you could erase if you made a mistake while tracing. |

Why don't U download some paint shop pro tubes & Use them?
There is thousands of them on the net. You could trace them.
Just an idea.

| Okay so I've tried to buy some off Ebay, just about the only place that still has these archaic books lol.
Do you have any?
Would you consider selling them to me? If yes please dmail and we can go from there.
THANK-YOU! |

| They often have good sales and you can sign up for the sampler, which comes weekly. It has links to clip-art samples you can download and print. |

| Ah yes. But when I say old school I really mean old-school. :) I do do stuff on the computer but for clip art I like to thumb through the books. Appreciate the link though, nice to have more references. |

| I just realized what would make great traceable clip art for scrapbooks! Coloring books! I can photo copy the best images and then DD can color in them. Win-Win. :) |

| Another thing you can do is go to Google and do an image search for a subject. Then, click the "more options" link at the top of the search results and choose "line drawings" from the choices down the left side of the page.
You can also specify the size of the images you want to see. If you want them big enough to print, you can choose a specific minimum size in that sidebar or just choose Large. The bigger the better if you're printing them out. In their new image search, you can specify a minimum number megapixels desired in an image, too.
Check these out, for instance. Each is a search for large line drawings of the subject stated:

Swirls: http://images.google.com/images?imgsz=l&imgtbs=tz&gbv=2&hl=e...

Looney Tunes: http://images.google.com/images?imgsz=l&imgtbs=tz&gbv=2&hl=e...
There's no limit to what you can find! :) |
