Does anyone have a recipe for leek soup with carrots.How do you clean a leek.Thanks.

I don't know about the soup, since I've never made it with carrots. To clean, I seperate the sections and then rinse them throughly to get the sand out.

Thanks.I did't see your reply.We made a soup called lectil It's a hungarian dish. It's good .We tried making chicken papracas it's good too.
