Has anyone ever cooked a turkey on a rotisserie? I have a big gas grill with a great rotisserie on it and I would prefer to leave my oven free for all the other goodies we'll be eating this Thanksgiving.

I used to cook turkeys in a smoker-grill, but it did not have a rotisserie. Now have a Showtime rotisserie and they come out perfect.

Trick with the grill is constant maintenance - every 20-30 minutes - checking the temp and smoke supply (used soaked mesquite), and moisture supply (had a closed container that would allow the water to escape as steam).
