I've been reading this thread with great interest. DH and I have been talking about doing this ourselves. I believe I saw it on this thread, but there was a picture posted of a cooler made from plywood, foam and a modified airconditioner mounted in it to act as the cooler. I'd like to show this to DH, since he's very visual and I think that's a free neat deal.
