They are a good place to buy from if you like annuals of all one color instead of mixes.
If you want to go to the Cottage Garden Forum, I have cooked up a way to buy some flower seeds from Stoke's in bigger quantities and split them up between many people, but the choices are made by each participant, so you won't be sure of what you're getting until you get it. But the price is right. (It's supposed to be fun and a way to get seeds you might not normally buy.)
