Might anyone have a recommendation for sweet peppers which mature fairly quickly? Or, does one compromise flavor with early peppers? Size doesn't matter - I'm more interested in the date of maturity and the flavor.
This year I grew orange, red, and yellow bell peppers which did very well once they ripened at the end of August/ September. I'd love to find a variety that matures earlier, if it exists. In my area, we can plant peppers in the ground around Memorial Day.
Thanks!
