I knitted a sparkley sweater for DD for Christmas. She was delighted and hurried to try it on. It fit perfectly and I was so pleased.
I thought I would share a picture of her wearing the sweater.
I purchased the yarn on ebay and when it arrived, the "shimmer" stated, was really a metalic thread. I then decided to make DD a sweater with it. I used my knitting machine to create a "chic 80's style" sweater with belt.
Sometimes when you make a mistake (buying the wrong yarn), it turns into something better than you had planned.
