I couldn't use the flash on this because I have glass on the picture, but you can still see it pretty well. I love this angel.

They are all beautiful and very well done. They look wonderful in the frames you have chosen. Nice work. Thank you for sharing.

I love MIL she designs great angels and I have them all but 2. Your stitching looks great.

Thank you-- I also love her designs, I did the Guardian Angel for one of my daughters and the Forest Santa for my son (still need to get the Santa framed).I enjoy counted cross stitch so much, think it's therapeutic, a good stress reliever. If my hubby says anything about the cost of framing I just tell him it's cheaper then a psychiatrist. LOL

Love your Angel. I have most of those patterns. Even have the fabric, thread and beads for most, I even went so far as to take about 20 stitches on one. My old eyes just can't see.
Just before Christmas, I saw the one that you have.
It was finished, matted and framed for $100. I have kicked myself for not getting it. I am sure the framing was much more than that.
I don't know if I'll ever get them done.

Betty, I have a floor lamp that has a magnifying lense, you can adjust it to any angle so you can comfortably sit and do the work. I couldn't see to do needlework at all if I didn't have this lamp. You're right about framing costs! I have "MLI" Forest Santa completed and have to get it framed, but WOW, I'm looking at about $150.00..I made it for my son, who is by no means settled in his life (on his way to Thailand to teach english for a year), so I'm in no big hurry.Look into geting one of the lamps and you'll be stitching away!!

I have a small one that I have never been happy with. I have seen the floor one and wondered if it was better than the one I have. Is yours the Ottlamp(Spelling may be wrong. LOL) I need to try that I love to work on Hand work at night while we watch TV. Thank You
Betty
