Where can I find information about air flow requirements for skirting a pier & beam building?

I know there needs to be some ventilation to prevent mold, etc., but cannot find the specifications. Also know it varies by zone and humidity/precipitation.

I'd ask a building inspector or an architect in your area about what works, but here's an interesting article on the subject:

Thank you. That information is certainly counter to what I was taught, but that's why I asked.
