What do you know about birth order traits? Any links?
How did you fall in your family? Do you wish it had been different?
Are you a sister or brother? Did you get a same sex sibling? How has it worked out for you? I am guessing if you have a same sex sibling you would not wish them NOT to be here but perhaps you aren't close? Likely if you have no same sex sibling you wish you had one? Do you?
These questions go through my mind lately as I debate on how many children I want to have.
I am a sister to many but have no sisters of my own. Growing up I was happy not to have a sister to share or fight with. As an adult I long for the companion friendship it could now provide. Cradle to grave your siblings should be your best friend they say. I've not enjoyed that experience. I love my siblings but we just aren't close, not much in common, distance, what have you.
I have one daughter and am hoping she gets a sister but perhaps if she only has a brother you can put my mind at ease that that's not the end of the world, lol.
