I have several kitty litter containers with drainage holes in them; they are cut off at about six or seven inches tall. I have a 6 foot strip of mini-blinds to separate and cut up for labels. You all have such good advice. I had a paint pen, but I don't know where it is; it may not have survived the move. So I have lots to do.
Pick out the first 18 kinds of seeds to plant first, make multiple labels for each kind, mark the bottoms of the containers, wet the medium and begin planting.
I will be snowed in for two days with 11 to 15 degrees on Sat. and Sun. So my Pro-Mix will be frozen solid. I brought a fair amount inside in a black plastic garbage bag I can use it unfrozen. I am very excited.
Also, I need to build a light set up for the house and start seeds in Feb. or March. So I have that to look forward also. Let the good times roll!
