That was a lot of very good advice on catalog ordering, which I didn't expect from the "light" title. But the fun title prompted me to read it!

Good points. How easy it is to get "sucked in" with all the pretty pictures of all the pretty flowers. And it colder than a witches' fibula outside. Great advice and great article!

Such pertinent reminders for me! Of course, I have no choice but the catalogs, and I have to constantly remind myself that they wouldn't survive the shipping...but it is so easy to dream. Fun, and informative article!

Nice article, especially the reminder about the "fine print!" It's so easy to get blindsided by those glossy photos..
Off to gaze at the new Ducth Gardens catalog that conveniently arrived today!

I always wish the plants looked as good as the ones in the catalogs.

So did the daffs get planted? :~)

Thank you all for taking the time to send me a note. I appreciate your feedback :-) The bulbs, unfortunately, turned to mush :-( Larry
