If you could choose any place to go/live to view hummingbirds during the winter months, where would it be (In the US)?

Someday I'll get to retire and I would like to spend my time with lots of birds-especially hummers!
I love this video on YouTube but I haven't figured out exactly where it was made (somewhere in AZ):
