I just started composting this summer, got all wrapped up in the green/brown ratios, turning the pile, watering it when dry ... becomes a dreaded chore quickly. Lately I have just been throwing the stuff on the pile (mostly kitchen scraps and pounds of starbucks coffee grinds) and adding a layer of dried leaves on top. My pile is still warm in the middle of January ... so I must be doing something right. I'm planning to expand several gardens in my back yard ... using your composting method will make my garden expansion must easier.
I knew there had to be a simpler way. Thanks for the confession
