I'm no fence sitter on this topic. Animals have been fertilizing gardens for centuries. I compost most of my pet feces. Sometimes I will flush solids if I just don't feel like walking to the compost pile but that doesn't happen often. The urine soaked papers usually get put into the compost pile tho I have been known to burn them with the garbage.
