Do you know what this is? First one I've ever seen in the US even though they're indigenous here.

I saw this tree for the first time in Mexico. I don't remember where we were in Mexico though, it's been a while. This particular tree was in the Phoenix Botanical Gardens in AZ. Way to go for getting it right! You hit that on the head. Here's the whole tree-
