I have 24 packs of Bee & Butterfly Mix seeds for SASBE. Though they were only going to the ones, who did not get a chance to request them from Burt's Bees. I've decided that everyone, should have the chance to help, the dwindling bee population. So, I made a mix similar to that of Burt's, but added a few extras. Burt's pack states it weighs 300mg. I checked it with a measuring spoon and it came to less than 1/4 teaspoon. I made my packs approx. 1/2 teaspoon. Here's a comparison of what the two contain:
My mix:
Bee & Butterfly Mix(contains the following): Pot Marigold(Calendula officinalis), Shasta Daisy(Chrysanthemum maximum), Tickseed(Coreopsis lanceolata), Calliopsis(Coreopsis tinctoria), Purple Coneflower(Echinacea purpurea), Dense Blazing Star(Liatris spicata), Gloriosa Daisy(Rudbeckia hirta), Catchfly(Silene armeria)
They'll go to the first 24 responders. Please post your request here, so that I'll be able to tell who requested first. I'll list below with updates. Thank you. I'll add more packs, if needed or until I run out of seed. I'll Dmail the growing information, when I mail back your SASBE. A strike through a name with a date, means the SASBE has been mailed out to the person.
Updates: The 12 people posted their requests for seed, in another thread and mommymaureen, epb, goofbulb & bsgardens sent their request by Dmail. They're newbies/nonsubscribers, so weren't able to post their requests here. This seems to be going well, so I've added 11 more packs.
