I just bought a Brugmansia (and a Passiflora) and in a zone there a way I can keep them outside and they will live for the winter or, if not, how and when do I go about bringing them in??? I am from Ontario, Canada. Thanks

Bring your brug and passiflora in for the winter or you will most likely lose them. Check out Vicki Hardings site on overwintering brugs. Go to www.lebonjardinier and use the links. There is a wealth of information there for newbies.
Hope this helps.

Ali, I am just down the road from you in Burlington. I am on my way to work but will get back to you in the next couple of days.
I have tried both ways, in and out, to overwinter and found the outdoor (*extreemly protected*, right next to the house in an eastern location)one did not start to sprout until the end of April whereas the ones I kept dormant in my basement started sprouting in early March.
I have 7 to cope with this fall and 6 more on the way! :)
