Does anyone have one? Bill gave me one for Christmas and I have yet to hear it do it's thing. Maybe I put it in the wrong place..or need to bend it some so the "bells" are closer together? I'd go snap a picture,but it's raining right now. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
