I really like this plant for a natural kids area I am working on in my yard, but have no idea what it is. It's about 9-10' high at the time I took the picture. Any ideas? Oh, it's in zone 10.

I'm pretty sure that's an Acacia but not certain on the species. I say post this in the ID forum and it'll get more exposure and see if you can get a species on that one. Check to make sure it doesn't have spines...for a kids playground. :-o
